Kevin R. Waddell, M.D., FACOG

Dr.  Waddell is a board-certified Obstetrician & Gynecologist and a Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Professional activities also include memberships in the Texas Medical Association and the Jefferson County Medical Society. Dr. Waddell is on staff at Baptist Hospital of Southeast Texas in Beaumont, Texas. He is currently serves as OB/GYN Chairman at Baptist Hospital of Beaumont. Dr. Waddell is available for high-risk pregnancy conditions, general obstetrics and gynecology. 

Dr. Waddell is trained in management and administration of BIOTE™ Subcutaneous Hormone Pellet Therapy. 

Dr. Waddell is currently the only Davinci™ Robotic trained Gynecologist on staff at Baptist Hospital of Southeast Texas.    

Dr. Waddell holds degrees from Texas Tech University School of Medicine and Eastern New Mexico University. He completed his combined OB/GYN internship and residency programs at Wright State University and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio.

(Dr. Waddell is not an employee of Dr. Evans or Women’s Center of Beaumont, LLC and maintains his own practice with his nurse practitioners. )

Leticha Richards, WHNP-BC

Leticha grew up in Nederland, Tx. Graduated from Lamar University in 2011 with her BSN. She began working in women’s healthcare in 2015 at Labor and Delivery at St. Elizabeth Hospital. She pursued her Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner at the University of Cincinnati and graduated in 2020. Her goal is to provide compassionate and holistic care with an open and comfortable environment among her patients.

Summer McClain, FNP

Summer McClain FNP, is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.  She obtained a bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2006 from Lamar University in Beaumont.  She then went on to receive a Master of Science in Nursing for Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University in 2019.  Summer has 12 years prior experience as a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery at Baptist Hospital of Southeast Texas.
